About Us
DinoSnorez Newborn Care was founded in 2023 by Jess with the purpose of fulfilling her passion for helping families embark on one of the greatest adventures. Jess has had the privilege of gaining over twenty years of irreplaceable experience. In 2024, Sarah joined the team bringing a set of fresh eyes and her experience as a nurse to the team. Jess and Sarah recognized the potential and joined forces to form a beautiful mission to serve parents and their little adventures. A new addition to the family can be exciting, but just like anything else it can be stressful. DinoSnorez aims to help your family, by leaving parents feeling confident and empowered as new parents or returning adventurers. We look forward to helping your dino family soon!

Jess Williams
founder and owner
Hi! My name is Jess Williams and I have been working with sweet little dinos since 2002. I started my career as a professional nanny, where I gained most of my knowledge and experience with little ones. In 2016 I took a leap of faith and never looked back, and I pursued a career as a Newborn Care Specialist. As a professional nanny, I worked with ages newborn to eight, but I quickly knew that the newborn stage was my favorite. I continued my education and earned a certification as a Newborn Care Specialist in 2015. My experience has given me the privilege of helping several families adjust to life with a new sweet baby. Whether it is your first or your fourth, I have a passion for sharing my knowledge and working with your family to set them up for success. In 2020, I welcomed my own little triceratops and he has given me a whole new vantage point and understanding of my career. As a single mama, I know the importance of good sleep, organized schedules and healthy support during the first few months of parenthood. I feel blessed to be part of the experience for many families, and I look forward to working with more families and building strong bond with parents and baby along the way.

Hi! My name is Sarah Burton and I am a Registered Pediatric Nurse in the Pediatric at the University of Kentucky. My husband and I started our parenting journey eleven years ago, and are now blessed with three beautiful girls, and it was through my experience as a mom that I found my passion. In 2021, I graduated with my RN and began working at the University of Kentucky Hospital in the Labor and Delivery department where I gained a lot of the knowledge and experience I use here at DinoSnorez. I currently work at the Pediatric Sedation unit, where I get to continue growing my knowledge and experience to better serve our growing community. Joining forces with Jess this year has been so refreshing, and I’m excited to be a part of the growth for DinoSnorez. Helping postpartum mamas get the well-deserved rest they need is close to my heart; as a parent myself I know how important it is to have rest, feel supported, and find your footing those first few weeks. I am really looking forward to embracing the journey with our future families and seeing where this adventure can take us! Thank you for trusting us to help your growing dinosaur family!
